The PTW PROWLER

My Buggy is a one-off creation by Popeyethewelder.

Carl made the buggy and put it up for sale before even trying it out himself.

I've owned the buggy since 2006 and used it on beaches in South Wales (Aberavon & Llangennith),

Scotland (St Andrews), Kent (Camber), Cornwall (Gwithian), Lancashire (Bolton Le Sands)

and Devon (Westward Ho!).

It's been through a few changes since i first aquired it.

Main changes were to get a set of midi's for it........

Then Big Foot Light's..............

Then a new set of siderail covers, buggybag and TSG, courtesy of buggybags.co.uk.

In 2008 i had it sandblasted, galvanised and re-powdercoated.

This was undertaken by

Right Angle Industial Finishing in Hatherleigh, Devon.

They did a firstclass job and with a 7 day turnaround i wasn't without the buggy for too long.

I purchased All New Stainless Nuts & Bolts for under £20 from Taylor Fastners in Barnstaple,

And new bearings from AK Bearings via the internet.

I'm happy with my buggy as it stands, but there's always something that could be changed.

Now running Asyms on the rear of the buggy.

This has made the buggy feel more stable at speed.
